Governors are looking to appoint a dynamic, forward thinking, innovative practitioner to lead the secondary phase at Abertillery Learning Community (ALC). The successful candidate will be an inspirational and experienced leader who can motivate learners and colleagues with their passion for lifelong learning. A relentless focus on improving standards of achievement by learners across the secondary phase will also be an essential requirement of this high profile and exciting role.
