Conwy's Education Improvement Service is seeking a Professional Learning Coordinator to join the team and provide operational support to the service. This is a vital role in supporting the work of the service and practitioners in our schools and non-maintained settings to ensure the best quality of education for all children and young people in Conwy.

This role will enhance the Education Improvement Service during an exciting period of transformation and development by supporting the planning, provision and evaluation of a professional learning offer for schools.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the skills and expertise to be responsible for the delivery of the professional learning offer, to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and external providers and to report on the impact of the programme and relevant funding under the direction of senior officers.

You will be well supported by a dynamic and forward-thinking team who will provide strategic direction. You will work with a wide range of partners and stakeholders and will be required to prepare and present information as part of your role.
