School Administrator - Level 3 - Coastlands CP School

Coastlands CP School is a small, friendly community school nestled in the Pembrokeshire countryside. We are looking for an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic School Administrator to support the smooth running of our school.

About the Role:

Under the guidance of senior staff, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, financial, and organisational tasks, including:
  • Managing manual and computerised record systems.
  • Handling complex reception and visitor matters.
  • Organising school trips, events, and supporting the Governing Body.
  • Completing and submitting forms and returns to external agencies.
  • Assisting with payroll administration and financial procedures.
  • Monitoring budgets, managing stock, and supporting procurement.
  • Providing advice and guidance to staff, pupils, and visitors.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in developing and managing administrative systems.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification/experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong ICT skills and ability to use complex systems.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work constructively as part of a team and relate well to children and adults.
Proposed Hours:

Initially we are proposing that this role is for 18 hours spread across Monday - Friday.

Grade 5 - £26,403 for 18 hours per week term time only for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £11282.84 pro rata rising to 46.8 weeks, £11529.19 pro rata per annum after 5 years' service.
