Gower College Swansea
Gower College Swansea is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to work as a Compliance Officer - Facilities within the Estates department.

Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing and monitoring the College systems and procedures for Health and Safety and Environmental statutory inspection and compliance.

With a working knowledge of statutory compliance issues and testing requirements (especially construction and property related), you will have excellent records management experience and first-hand knowledge of Fire Safety.

You will be in possession of a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, or be willing to achieve this within 6 months of commencing your employment.

This role involves travelling across different College sites.
