We can offer a range of professional develop opportunities such as full company induction, legislative training packages, IEP Level 2 sector qualification and on-going coaching / mentoring
Salary Banding: £23,000
Base: Covering South East Wales
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm


What are the core responsibilities of this role?

• Accountable for delivering appropriate Employability Skills training which engages, motivates and upskills participants.
• Responsible for designing new and innovative sessions to support the economic changes within Employment.
• Accountable for reminder communications to all participants attending your sessions.
• Responsible for managing all fail to attend participants for all training sessions, working with the Employability Advisor on re-engaging participants.
• Responsible for coordinating with the Employability Advisors key next steps and activities required for participants attending your sessions.
• Accountable for maintaining digital records for all participants attending your sessions.
• Attend regular standardisation sessions with your peers to share best practise and review current or new course content


What skills and experience are we looking for from potential applicants?
Essential
• Experience within Recruitment, management and working in a target driven commercial environment.
• Client relationship management
• Networking skills, Presentation and report writing.
• Experience of cold calling
• Motivational and inspirational attitude and communication skills
• Full driving licence with use of own vehicle

Desirable
• Ability to speak Welsh.
• Experience of working with unemployed adults.

This role is subject to a DBS check. The cost of the DBS check will be met by the company.
