Purpose: To support the evaluation and development of WBL provision in line with internal requirements and external stakeholder expectations.
Reporting to: Head of Quality
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Support the self-assessment process
2. Support the implementation of quality assurance audits and reviews
3. Support the implementation of Quality Development Plan (QDP) actions
4. Lead quality development related projects
5. Manage the quality observation programme across all routes
6. Undertake quality observations of learning delivery
7. Lead curriculum development and best practice-sharing across all routes
8. Deliver CPD activities for learning and delivery staff
9. Lead the development digital delivery in line with Digital 2030
10. Support preparations for external inspections and learning delivery audits
11. Undertake internal quality assurance for Apprenticeship and commercial programmes as needed
12. Act as deputy safeguarding officer
13. Participate and lead operational meetings as appropriate
14. Comply with all company processes and procedures

Qualifications
TAQA Level 3 or equivalent
