School Support Officer - Aberaeron Comprehensive School

About the role
Hours:
32.5 hours a week (Term Time).
We are looking to recruit a School Support Officer to join Aberaeron Comprehensive School on a permanent, full time (term time) basis.
To be responsible for School reception and administrative duties, act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and pupils - undertake reception duties, telephone calls and face to face enquiries, manage the signing in and safeguarding verification process of all visitors. To be an effective and efficient team member contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the school overall under the direction and guidance of the Business Manager and the school's Senior Leadership Team
The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment with competing demands. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate pupil records and efficiently undertake a variety of administrative tasks acting as an excellent role model in delivering great customer service to our school community.
In addition to the above, we require an individual with fluency in the Welsh language.
