WE ARE THE ADULT LEARNING WORKFORCE

Education doesn’t have to stop in school. We’re constantly learning and adapting to life’s challenges. As the adult learning workforce, we are dedicated to supporting adults with fulfilling their lifelong learning ambitions.

In a rapidly evolving jobs market, there’s greater focus on the importance of learning new skills to ensure candidates remain competitive and relevant. We help adults (post-16) find the right pathway to further learning. From learners looking to re-enter employment, change career, access further education, or even set up a new business, we deliver courses to kickstart learners’ ambitions.

Adult learning supports the development of skills, improves health and well-being, and is a catalyst for social engagement and integration. We want all learners to have the opportunity to gain the skills for life and work that they need to prosper. We’re dedicated to ensuring all learners, whatever their backgrounds or circumstances, feel encouraged and supported throughout the entirety of their course.

Everyone deserves a chance to achieve their true potential. Join the adult learning workforce and help inspire and support new learners in your local community.

Below we provide a flavour of some of the exciting roles within Adult Learning, giving you an indication of the duties and responsibilities involved, and what it’s like to work in these roles.
