We are looking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who will:

• join a dedicated team of staff who are committed to raising standards.
• be an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations of achievement and behaviour and a commitment to developing the emotional and physical well-being of pupils.
• have the vision, energy, interpersonal and organisational skills to share the leadership and management of our school.
• be able to offer curriculum leadership, planning teaching and learning across the Phase to the highest standard.
• have the ability to lead, inspire and motivate colleagues and children and a commitment to working with parents and governors and the wider community.
