Part-Time Nursery Teaching Assistant

Salary: £8,988-£9,131

About the Role
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and proactive Temporary Part-time Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team. This role is perfect for someone who understands and embraces a "planning in the moment" approach, supporting children's learning through their interests, curiosity, and play.

You will:
• Support children's learning through responsive, child-led interactions
• Observe, engage, and extend play using a planning in the moment approach
• Create a nurturing, stimulating environment that promotes independence and exploration
• Build strong relationships with children, staff, and families
• Contribute to observations and assessments of children's progress

We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in an Early Years setting (Nursery/Reception)
• Understands or is willing to learn about planning in the moment and child-led learning
• Is warm, patient, and passionate about supporting young children
• Can think on their feet and respond to children's interests creatively
• Works well as part of a team
• Will improve their Welsh skills
