Education Services - ALN Inclusion Officer
EIP SPC 10 - 13 (+ 3 SPA)
Permanent - Full Time
Our Additional Learning Needs Team is a statutory service. You must be a strong practitioner with experience of working with learners with ALN. You will have the ability to identify appropriate additional learning provision to allow learners with ALN to achieve their potential. The role requires evidence of effective knowledge of current practices. Working with a wide variety of agencies and professionals, the role requires commitment, flexibility and a thorough understanding of all relevant standards and the ALNET and ALN Code.
The role demands the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders. In addition, the successful candidate will evidence a passion and determination to our learners with ALN. The post holder will be expected to work to an allocated caseload, but be able to work flexibly, and be able to prioritise their work according to legal timetables.

The ability to speak Welsh is Desirable and the applicant must hold a full driving licence.
