WELL BEING AND BEHAVIOUR OFFICER

Salary GO4 actual pro rata £22,366-£23,465 per annum

Full-time equivalent £25,992-£27,269

Term-time plus 5 days - 37 hours a week

We have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, adaptable and passionate individual with excellent people skills and a high level of empathy. The successful candidate will be working within our exceptional pastoral team in a positive and dynamic working environment.

You will have high expectations, an ability to inspire, laugh and enjoy the challenges of the role. You will be a team player; you will go the extra mile to support our students.

YOU WILL BE :
  • Be self-motivated,
  • Have experience of dealing with young peoples' pastoral issues,
  • have excellent inter-personal skills and a warm, caring and flexible approach.
  • You will also need to have good numeracy, literacy and IT skills.
