Coychurch (Llangrallo) is a vibrant and welcoming primary school situated in the heart of a close-knit community on the outskirts of Bridgend.

The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a dedicated and dynamic individual as Headteacher at our well-respected and popular Primary School. Our school serves a diverse and wide-ranging catchment area and is known for its strong community spirit.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as an effective leader and a clear vision to build on the school's recent successful inspections. In addition, you will be instrumental in implementing strategies to consistently raise standards of achievement, fostering an environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills committed to building and sustaining partnerships with pupils, staff, parents, governors, and the wider local community.

Candidates applying for their first Headteacher appointment must hold the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and demonstrate a strong understanding of current educational policies and best practices.
