We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Information Services Assistant. Reporting to the Information Services Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate entry of timetables, maintaining the integrity of learner data, providing regular reports on register anomalies, and supporting the smooth administration of our curriculum systems.

Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure that timetables are entered and updated in a timely manner.
- Report weekly on any anomalies with registers and learner data.
- Ensure accurate data entry for learners no longer studying at the college.
- Promote best practices across the college to continuously improve the quality of services offered by the Information Services team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments and staff.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role (ideally within education or timetabling) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using student management systems (experience with EBS is desirable).
- Strong IT skills, including experience with timetabling and database software.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work flexibly when required.
- Welsh language skills are not essential for this role but would be desirable.
