Salary Range: G05: £23,845 - £26,733

This is a permanent position of 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 days

We seek to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Guidance Mentor to work with students in the school. They will work under the guidance of a 'Head of Year' and take a lead role in providing pastoral support to students in a given year group, addressing the needs of students who need help to overcome barriers to learning in particular. They will work with students to maximise their ability to learn, increase their motivation to remain in learning, and support them to achieve qualifications and will build, and maintain positive and supportive relationships with parents and carers.
