The Governors are seeking to appoint an excellent, suitably experienced, qualified primary school teacher to join the staff at Llantarnam Primary School for a one-year fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will join a highly committed and enthusiastic team of professionals and will actively contribute to the school improvement agenda. Excellent classroom teaching and management skills are essential and candidates must work positively to maintain a fully inclusive ethos. Candidates must be committed to their own professional development and be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school
Welsh Language Skills are desirable for this post but not essential.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. A comprehensive screening process will be undertaken on all applicants which will include an Enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
This post requires registration with the EWC - Education Workforce Council.
