Hours: 32.5 Hours per week
Start Date: 1 st January 2026 (or sooner if possible)
Rhondda Cynon Taf Access and Inclusion Service is seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced teacher for a Learning Support Class for pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties based at Cymmer Primary School to start January 2026 or earlier if available.
The class will support up to eight pupils with ages from 7-11 years.
This provision supports learners primarily with social emotional and behavioural needs, some may have co-exisiting additional learning needs. The class will be staffed by a teacher and 2 Learning Support Assistants who support learning activities and mainstream inclusion. Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience of working with pupils with additional learning needs, including social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and will have undertaken relevant specialist professional training in line with LA requirements.
