Do you have a warm smile, a calm presence, and the ability to juggle admin tasks with a friendly hello? If so, you could be the perfect face of our school!
We're looking for a confident and approachable School Support Officer to join our vibrant team. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, pupils, and parents - a key role in helping our school run smoothly each day.
What You'll Do:
• Greet visitors and manage reception duties with professionalism and warmth
• Handle admin tasks like word processing, record-keeping, and mail sorting
• Support staff with clerical needs, school trip arrangements, and pupil welfare
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the values of our inclusive school community
What We're Looking For:
• A friendly and organised multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and IT skills (Word, Excel, SIMS, etc.)
• Experience in admin or school settings is a bonus
• Someone who can bring positivity and a smile to every school day
