Are you a master of your craft, passionate about brickwork, and ready to inspire? We're looking for a dynamic and dedicated Lecturer in Brickwork to join Bridgend College!
Job purpose: To plan, develop, evaluate and deliver the curriculum content of programmes effectively and efficiently.
You will have up to date and relevant knowledge in Construction and experience of construction skills to include Bricklaying along with relevant, recent industrial experience. You will hold a NVQ Level 3 trade qualification in Brickwork or equivalent and/or a PGCE certificate (or it is a requirement to achieve) is essential. With excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population you will be passionate about motivating all learners.
