Here at Coleg Cambria we are looking to expand our people team with the newly created HR Business Partner. The role will primarily be based at our Deeside site, however, candidates will be expected to travel to other Coleg Cambria locations.

We are looking for candidates who will deliver a high performing and proactive business-focused HR service to designated areas of the College.

Working in partnership with College managers across the full range of HR matters to provide consistently high standards of HR service including developing people plans in partnership with directorate/service areas to improve business performance, workforce planning, employee engagement, absence management and employee relations.

The successful candidate will support, guide and coach managers on employment issues within their teams, supporting and advising managers with organisational change processes.

We are looking for candidates who are equipped with the skills to work in an extremely varied, fast pace role whilst providing a high level of customer service.

It is important that you are comfortable working with people metrics and confident to use data and analytics to understand and identify opportunities for further improvement.

Essential Requirements

CIPD professional qualification to Level 7
MCIPD
Experience of working at a senior HR advisor level
Experience of advising on complex employee and organisational issues
