To become qualified in Children's Care, Play, Learning and Development Practice and Theory

To assist in the development and delivery of a high quality Flying Start Childcare provision

What you will do:

• Assist the leader in the planning, review and delivery of high quality play based experiences.
• Talk and interact with children, modelling appropriate language to support children's speech language and communication development.
• Encourage the development of early thinking and problem solving skills
• Provide support as directed by the setting leader
