Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd (CCDG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Welsh Government. We deliver a remit set by Welsh Ministers and provide the all-age, independent, impartial and bilingual Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) service in Wales.

The successful applicant will be required to provide efficient and effective administrative and reception support to our teams and centres. As part of the training programme for the role, the successful candidates will be required to undertake a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship, if not already in possession of this qualification.
Applicants must demonstrate the following:

• Effective communication skills and ability to deal with queries (telephone, e-mail and face-to-face) from members of the public, internal staff and key stakeholders.
• Commitment to showing excellent customer service.
• Ability to deal with non- routine enquiries where negotiation and persuasion may be required
• Demonstrable ICT Skills
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload and various deadline demands
• Ability to use initiative and judgement in day to day duties
• Ability to work as part of a team
