Coleg Cambria has an exciting opportunity to join the team at our restaurant based at our Yale site. We are recruiting for a Deputy General Manager to join our team. As Deputy General Manager you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager with the day to day operations of the commercial catering department including Ial Restaurant and Coffee Shop. Part of your role would be to lead, develop, and inspire staff and students working in the department to deliver an excellent food service, including during conference and events delivery. You will work collaboratively with the curriculum team to ensure a smooth transition for students from the learning environment to the commercial areas.

Essential Requirements
NVQ 3 Restaurant Supervision or similar
Strong knowledge of food and beverage services within the sector
Demonstrable experience of proactively providing outstanding service
.Experience of working with apprentices and those in training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, tact and discretion.
Good standard of numeracy and literacy
Welsh language skills are desirable/essential for this position.
