37 hours per week
We are seeking to appoint a Technician to the Design and Technology and Science Departments to assist both departments in delivering curriculum requirements.
The main purpose of the job is;
• Assisting teachers within the Design and Technology and Science departments to present the requirements of the curriculum to pupils and to assist in the smooth running of the preparation rooms and the teaching rooms.
• Provide general care of the Design and Technology and Science rooms.
• Prepare materials and equipment for Design and Technology and Science lessons.
• Maintain and provide for the safe storage of materials and equipment.
• Assist the Design and Technology and Science teaching staff with practical lessons.
