Job description
Heronsbridge is a maintained special school for children with severe learning difficulties, PMLD and autism aged 3 – 19.
The governing body wish to appoint a caring, committed and enthusiastic class teacher. Applicants should have experience of working with pupils with severe learning difficulties, PMLD and autism.
The successful candidate will have excellent classroom practice, including use of ICT, high expectations of pupil achievements and behaviour and a willingness to work as part of a team to secure school improvement.
Applications and visits to the school are welcome.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
