Role Title: Cleaning Team Leader

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary scale: £25,965 - £28,075

Here at Coleg Cambria we are looking for a Cleaning Team Leader to support the Head of Estates in maintaining a high standard of cleaning across college sites, specifically at our Yale/ Bersham Road site and Northop/Llysfasi site.

Overview of Role

Working as part of our college wide Facilities Team, you will supervise and manage the cleaning staff and review and monitor cleaning, standards and practices to ensure the premises are clean, safe and well maintained for our staff, students and visitors.

We are looking for someone who has an understanding of cleaning processes, knowledge of health and safety and takes pride in their work, delivering high standards. As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will be involved in recruitment, managing the cleaning staff and you will also liaise with the Estates Technician Team and Estates Officers to report and address any damage or maintenance requirements.
