Ysgol Heulfan is a fully inclusive Primary School catering for pupils aged 3-11. We have a strong ethos of working together to be the best we can be and have personal growth and well-being at our heart.
Y Canol is a highly specialist Resourced Provision set in the heart of Ysgol Heulfan and caters for Primary age pupils who have Severe Learning Difficulties, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
The Governing Body are seeking to recruit an excellent and experienced teacher to be based in Y Canol and to join our creative and inspirational team. Ysgol Heulfan is committed to inclusive practice and this post offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to develop innovative practice in teaching and learning within the field of Additional Learning Needs.
