Pantside Primary School caters for children between the ages of 3- 11. We are fortunate to host two Specialist Resource Bases on behalf of Caerphilly Council for children with ASD and or Social and Communication needs. These Resource bases are highly regarded by parents and professionals alike and sit within a very inclusive school community.
We are committed to providing a highly individualised and inclusive education to all our pupils at Pantside, with an emphasis on meeting their individual needs and developing their strengths and interests within a highly supportive and engaging learning environment.

The Governing Body of Pantside Primary School are seeking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work within the school's Specialist Resource Base. The school is a happy community school and the teaching assistants are central to the running of the school. A calm and approachable manner is essential along with sound communication skills. The successful candidate will enjoy working with children and will show a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential. The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge and experience of how to support pupils with ASD combined with an understanding of the Primary Curriculum.
