The role:

We are seeking to appoint a highly professional and experienced Business Administration Tutor / Assessor to deliver high quality training and assessment to learners within the Business Administration sector i.e. Apprenticeships in Business Administration up to Level 4. Skills and knowledge required in business communication, budget and resource management, project management, problem solving, change management, business law and business innovation. Applicants will need to demonstrate this working knowledge in the application form. Experience in working within Medical or Legal Administration sectors would be highly desirable, to meet the demands of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver training and assessments across a range of courses ensuring schemes/records of work, assignment schedules, are appropriate to the syllabus content and awarding body standards.

Ensure training and assessment strategies and materials are planned and accessible to meet the varied needs of all learners and that cross-cutting themes (for example, ESDGC, Welsh Ethos, ES, Employability) are embedded and assessed effectively.

Plan and deliver up to 12 hours per week of training to learners as required (pro rata for fractional staff)

Teach, assess and monitor learner progress, including the setting of targets, maintaining records of work and achievement.

About you:

Level 4 qualification or equivalent in Business Administration or Management
Experience and occupational competence to
Assess Level 1- 4 or equivalent.
Level 2 (Grade A-C) or equivalent Maths and English qualification
Proven track record of working and teaching within the Business Administration or Management.
