- Lead an enthusiastic and energetic team
- Work with schools, pupils and parents, offering guidance and advice. They will work with pupils to identify and provide strategies and advice on meeting their learning needs
- Collaborate to develop and implement the ALN system effectively within Ceredigion
- Collaborate with ALN coordinators and support staff within our schools and specialist settings
- Collaborate with members of the ALN, Wellbeing and inclusion teams and the school improvement team within Ceredigion schools and culture services
- Collaborate with other agencies as required
