- Have completed Children (Manual) Handling training and have an All Wales Manual Handling Passport
- Understand the skills needed to support children with additional learning needs
- Enthuse, motivate and engage children
- Committed and passionate about learning and teaching
- Work as part of a team to achieve the best for each and every child
Ideally the successful candidate will:
- Have an awareness of Trauma and Mental Health Informed Practice
- Have an awareness of Emotion Coaching
- Have an awareness of Social Communications skills
