Mae Llywodraethwyr Ysgol Bro Teifi yn awyddus i benodi Cynorthwyydd Addysgu Lefel 2 i ymuno â thîm cynhwysiant yr ysgol. Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn gweithio gyda disgyblion ar draws yr ysgol ond gyda disgyblion oed-uwchradd yn bennaf.

O dan arweiniad Cydlynydd Hafan a Chwricwlwm Amgen:
  • Cefnogi dysgwyr wrth gwblhau unedau o waith fel rhan o ddarpariaeth Cwricwlwm Amgen yr ysgol (Llwyddo, Anela a.y.b.)
  • Cefnogi disgyblion i ddal i fyny o ganlyniad i fynychu darpariaeth i ffwrdd o'r safle.
  • Cefnogi grwpiau bach o ddysgwyr ac unigolion wrth sicrhau profiadau gwerthfawr iddynt ac er mwyn datblygu eu sgiliau bywyd a sgiliau sylfaenol o fewn a thu allan y dosbarth.
  • Cydweithio gyda phartneriaid allanol yr ysgol i hyrwyddo a darparu cyfleoedd amgen i ddysgwyr yn y gymuned.
  • Cydweithio gyda thîm cynhwysiant ac athrawon yr ysgol i ddiwallu anghenion dysgwyr.
