Springboard Lead Advisor

Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and committed team wanting to achieve the best outcomes possible for learners in Pembrokeshire funded by the Levelling Up grant.

This new role has been designed to provide support to the Lifelong Learning Manager responsible for the Springboard, Learning Pembrokeshire Project as it develops and expands its delivery model linked to key objectives of the Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) Multiply project.

A significant focus of the role will be to support the team of Springboard Advisors deliver a successful programme of learning opportunities for families to engage in across all partner primary schools in Pembrokeshire.

Helping Advisors to develop progression pathways to enable participants to access further training, education and employment opportunities will also be key.

As the project is being funded predominantly by UK Government up to December 2024, assistance in data gathering and reporting will also be an area of key importance to this role to ensure that the Springboard delivers on all its projected outcomes.
