Adult Community Learning (ACL) Engagement & Contract Manager (NE Wales Partnership)

37 Hours per week - Term time only

Grade 08 £32,076 - £34,834 per Annum (Pro-rata)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual for the post of Adult Community Learning (ACL) Engagement & Contract Managerbased within the Education and Early Intervention Service at WCBC, ho will be responsible for the co-ordination of the delivery of Adult Community Learning (ACL) on behalf of the NE Wales Partnership.

The post holder will be the point of contact for ACL across NE Wales providing advice and guidance to delivery partners, learners, employers and schools. Promoting participation in lead provider and other ACL partnership courses through engagement activities across Wrexham and Flintshire.

Proven experience of managing teams, budgets, strategic planning and delivering services is essential. This includes the management of strategic/external assessments including Estyn, financial audits and the preparation of reports and evaluations required by Welsh Government.

We are looking for someone with great communication skills that is used to working with partners and stakeholders to develop a range of high quality learning activities, providing opportunities to engage and enable learner progression.

This post supports hybrid working from home and office in Wrexham Crown Buildings. You will also be required to have a full, clean drivers licence and travel regularly to various locations across Wrexham and Flintshire.
