About us
IntroTeach/CyfleDysgu is a fast expanding, bilingual education company based in Wales, we are managed by teachers, for teachers. We take great pride in providing quality-assured supply staff for schools, by using the extensive teaching experience of our managers, in meeting individual school needs.
We aim to realise this vision by:
Working within and alongside the N.P.S. registered framework.
Working with high quality staff who are paid at the N.P.S. agreed daily rate.
Meeting individual school's needs by working in partnership with them.
Providing short, mid and long term cover, which is great value for money.
Ensuring that all staff have all the relevant registration and checks including EWC and DBS.
Providing an accessible, bilingual booking system operational from 7am onwards.
Induction support for N.Q.T.'s
Access to professional development opportunities and wellbeing support.
