Job Description

Haverfordwest High VC School is seeking to appoint a Pastoral Assistant. The successful candidate would join us in working in an environment which promotes excellence, inclusion and high expectations.

This role has been developed to support the wellbeing and academic development of pupils at HHVCS. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic addition to our pastoral team. The successful candidate will work under the direction and supervision of a teaching/senior member of staff to ensure that pupils are given a superb standard of pastoral care and learning support in order to achieve their potential.

A good standard of education, and an understanding of children/young people's needs and rights together with experience of working with children are essential for this role.
