Cefn Glas Infants School is on the Cefn Glas estate to the north of the town of Bridgend. The school caters for pupils between the ages of three and seven in seven classes, including a nursery. There are 199 pupils on roll, of whom 54 attend the nursery full time.

We are seeking an innovative, passionate and inspirational Headteacher with a clear vision to continue the drive for high standards and maintain our core values. The candidate will have the necessary professional skills to build on the very positive foundations and excellent relationships that are already in place with families and the wider community.
The Headteacher will provide leadership to the school to maintain its success, to ensure high quality education for all pupils and to continue to raise standards of achievement.
As an experienced Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher or school leader you will have management experience with proven leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be committed to work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, governors and the local community to provide an environment in which staff and pupils are supported in achieving their full potential and maintaining their wellbeing.
