We are looking for an additional colleague to play an effective and professional role at Ysgol Penmaes.
As well as providing efficient and accurate general administrative support, the ability to work flexibly within a small team in a busy school is essential. As the first point of contact with our parents/carers, pupils, colleagues and professionals, friendliness, discretion and adaptability are key.
This role is for an effective and well-organised administrator to support a lively, friendly and busy office with day to day general administration duties and to take the lead in organising statutory Independent Development Plan Reviews (IDP) inline with the ALN Transformation processes. You will be required to work closely with the ALENCO, young people, parents, carers and professionals to organise IDP reviews, minute the meetings and then ensure documents are distributed and stored in accordance with policies and procedures.
