School Cleaner in Charge Level 1 (St Marys Catholic Primary School)
Job description
About the role:

To provide a front line service in line with Powys Council policies and procedures.

Responsible for the cleaning of an area within a PCC premise.

To provide the service to the standard laid down by the job specification.

About you:

Literacy and numeracy skills

Ability to complete COSHH records, stock records, time sheets etc.

What you will do:

Complete relevant training, as required

Cleaning floor areas by the means of vacuuming, wet/dry sweeping, mopping

Cleaning furniture and work surfaces

Cleaning toilet areas, WC pans, Urinals, hand-basins, mirrors and replenishing toilet tissue, hand towels and soap

Emptying and cleaning waste and recycling bins, replenishing litter bin bags and removing any waste to the compound.

Removing dirty marks from the walls, doors and internal windows

High level cleaning using extending equipment.
