Salary scale 4: £24,429 - £27,109 per annum

Full-Time (37 hours per week) and Fixed Term for up to 12 months (Maternity Cover)

Job Purpose: To play a key role in coordinating all aspects of learner applications, experience and provision entitlements within a Specialist College and Registered Care Home environment. You will provide outstanding information support to all staff members, customers and external stakeholders including Welsh Government, Local Authorities and Healthboards.

Essential criteria
  • An understanding of the key requirements of Care Inspectorate Wales
  • Experience of using and maintaining Financial systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of working in a busy educational environment.

Desirable criteria
  • Awareness of learners with an additional learning need.
  • Experience of using Welsh Government funding systems.
  • Understanding of Welsh Government funding within the FE sector
  • Disability Awareness
