About the role
The role of the Wellbeing Achievement Officer is a crucial role for the school, but more importantly for our pupils. You will develop strong working relationships with our pupils and provide them with the skills that removes barriers to their learning and allows them to be successful in the classroom.
You will engage with families of pupils within the year group to ensure that strong home-school relationships are in place to support pupils. In addition, you will work closely with the Head of Year to ensure that the very highest standards are maintained by all pupils within the year group in terms of attitudes to learning, attendance and safeguarding.
We are looking to appoint a confident, flexible, and enthusiastic individual with the drive and ambition to have a positive impact on the lives of our pupils.
Full training will be provided on appointment for the successful applicant.
