Our Mission statement is ‘Work Hard, Dream Big, Reach for the Stars’ and we aim to deliver excellent educational outcomes for the learners in Aberdare and its surrounding communities, with the School being one of the best in Wales. To support that ethos, we are now looking for an outstanding and highly experienced senior school leader, with a track record of success; to join the Governing Body and other key stakeholders in a partnership aimed at delivering excellence and inclusivity for our learners.
