The Governing Body is seeking to appoint an outstanding class teacher with the qualities and skills to work with the whole school team to achieve aspirational outcomes for its pupils. We need an inspirational, dedicated and enthusiastic practitioner to build on the success of the school and to be committed to taking it into its next stage of development.
The successful applicant will have:
• A proven record of excellent classroom practice,
• Enthusiasm and the ability to inspire pupils to achieve the very best outcomes,
• Up to date knowledge of ALN transformation and Curriculum for Wales ,
• An excellent understanding of curriculum development, progress and assessment and pedagogy,
• A willingness and ability to lead Areas of Learning and other initiatives across the school,
• An ability to teach Welsh in the Primary Curriculum,
• The ability to work effectively with staff, governors, parents and the wider community.
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
You will be required to provide evidence of all qualifications specified as essential.
