BSL Teaching Assistant Level 3 - Bryngwyn School

Description
29.50 hours per week.
£14.24 - £16.33 per hour
We wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant to support a deaf pupil starting with us in September 2024.
The successful applicant will be required to hold BSL Level 2 qualification (or equivalent level of skill), or be prepared to undertake training.
All duties in accordance with Level 3 Teaching Assistant Job Description in addition to duties deemed appropriate by Assistant Headteacher / ALNCO.
Temporary Contract Until 31th August 2025 in the first instance (29.5 hrs per week - term time only).
The successful applicant will need to be registered with the Education Workforce Council for Wales before appointment.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.
You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
