Description:

We are seeking to appoint one outstanding, inspirational and motivated individuals, who are interested in joining our hard working and dedicated staff from September 2024 on a full time basis. The school can offer a supportive team with enthusiastic and delightful children who are eager to learn.
About you
You will need:
The successful candidates will be:
• Able to plan and deliver creative, authentic learning experiences to ensure children's individual interests are met.
• Fully informed of the latest developments in Welsh education, particularly Curriculum for Wales.
• Able to manage behaviour in a positive, caring manner with a willingness to understand the impact of trauma on children.
• A motivational and creative individual with high expectations for all, including self
• Confident, ambitious, inspirational, and able to communicate with clarity
• Committed to developing our children to reach their full potential regardless of background or circumstance
• Approachable, flexible and willing to work with staff across the school to implement strategies to move the school forward
• Able to develop and establish excellent relationships with parents and the wider community of Rhoose.
• Relevant experience / qualifications for NQT status
