Conwy Employment Hub, delivers the Welsh Government's Communities for Work Plus programme, providing employability support to unemployed people with complex barriers to employment, across the county of Conwy.
We're looking to recruit an Employment Manager who will provide management support to a team of 9 Employment Mentors, ensuring the delivery of a quality of service.
Your key responsibilities as an Employment Manager will include:
• Managing frontline staff.
• Managing day to day running of the service.
• Providing support to the Engagement team.
• Working as part of a small management team
• Nurturing relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Inducting and performance management of staff.
This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
