An exciting opportunity to provide an inspirational lead for the Mathematics Department in the next stage of improvement of a forward thinking school & department Ysgol Maesydderwen is situated in beautiful south Powys, the catchment area of which includes part of the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Waterfall Country. Ideally situated in the small town of Ystradgynlais, the school is within easy reach of Cardiff, Swansea and South-West Wales.
The Governors are looking to appoint a Leader of Learning, to join our highly committed Mathematics team. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction in leading the team to raise outcomes in Mathematics and Numeracy for all of our learners.
