Maes yr Haul Primary School is a large, successful primary school serving the community of Broadlands, Bridgend. Our Governing Body are keen to appoint an motivated, energetic and inspiring teacher with significant experience in Early Years with a keen passion and commitment to the principles of Foundation Learning to join our dedicated staff team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent classroom practice with a passion for fostering creative, confident and inquisitive learners. They will nurture, challenge and support children to flourish in their wellbeing and ensure high standards of academic achievement.
The successful candidate will possess an enthusiastic, positive approach to collaboration and contribution to curriculum innovation. They will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team as well as in partnership with parents, governors and the local community.
