Employability Tutor

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the RCT Work and Skills team for an Adult Tutor.

This is a temporary full time 37 hour position and the post is currently fixed term until 31/03/2025.

We are looking for someone enthusiastic who can develop and deliver exciting new courses in the community alongside our friendly supportive team.

To support the delivery of our already successful Employment Routes programme, we are looking for an experienced tutor who will be able to develop and deliver training courses linked with the requirements of nominated Employers, in order to shape learners’ skills to meet the employer expectations.

The successful candidate will need a Level 3 teaching or training qualification or working towards and have experience of delivering high quality accredited and non-accredited courses to young people and/or adults.

Welsh language skills at a Level 3 are also desirable.
