Pillgwenlly Primary School is an extremely exciting School to work in and we are due to move to a new School Site in January 2025.

Pillgwenlly Primary School is a large, vibrant multi cultural primary school where both staff and pupils thrive.

The Head Teacher and Governing Body are seeking to appoint a School Support Officer - Level 3 to work in a busy school environment.

You would be responsible for undertaking administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school. Experience of school based electronic systems would be beneficial including Sims, Parentpay, and iTrent. The ability to work under pressure is essential and be able to meet key deadlines throughout the year.

Holidays must be taken during school closure periods. The appointment process will involve an interview with members of the school leadership team and a selection of Governors.

The post is 37hrs per week (Monday to Thursday 8-4pm and 8-3.30pm Friday) term time only.

This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS).
